At Pristine Blends, all of our products are handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality. Please review our shipping and return policy carefully before placing your order.

 

📦 Shipping Policy

Processing Time:
Orders are handmade and processed within 3–5 business days.

 

Shipping Method:
We use USPS for all deliveries. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

 

Standard Shipping Rate:
A flat-rate shipping charge of $10.00 applies to all orders.

 

Estimated Delivery Time:
Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days (U.S. Virgin Islands & mainland U.S.).

 

Shipping Areas:
We currently ship to:

• U.S. Virgin Islands

• Mainland United States

 

Lost or Delayed Shipments:
If your package is marked “delivered” but not received, please first check with your local USPS office. If unresolved, contact us and we’ll assist further.

 

🔁 Return & Exchange Policy

Because our products are handmade and for personal care use:

 

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

 

If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please email us within 3 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A photo of the issue

 

We’ll replace the item or offer store credit as appropriate. Refunds are not offered.
