Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2 to 3 business days after payment is received and confirmed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, promotions, product launches, or high-order volume periods.
Please note that processing time is separate from shipping time.
Shipping Rates
We offer the following shipping rates:

A flat-rate shipping fee of $10.00 applies to all orders under $50.00

Orders totaling $50.00 or more qualify for free shipping
Shipping Method and Delivery Time
Orders are shipped using the carrier selected at checkout or the shipping method offered on our website. Estimated delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, or other factors outside our control.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, if available.
Shipping Locations
Pristine Blends currently ships throughout the United States, excluding Hawaii, and also delivers to Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
If you are located outside our normal shipping area, please contact us before placing your order to confirm whether shipping is available.
Order Accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. Pristine Blends is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or additional charges caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Delayed or Lost Packages
Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the control of the carrier. While we will do our best to assist if an issue arises, Pristine Blends is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the carrier.
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first. You may also contact us at support@pristineblends.com for assistance.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 1 to 2 days of delivery at support@pristineblends.com. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging.
We will review the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 1 to 2 days of delivery so we can review and help resolve the issue.
Returned Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt, or refusal of delivery, the customer may be responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the package.
