Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Pristine Blends.

Due to the personal care nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

 

However, there is a limited exception: if you receive the wrong item, or if your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within the time stated below so we can review the issue.

 

All Sales Are Final

Because we sell personal care and skincare products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. This policy helps protect product quality, hygiene, safety, and integrity.

 

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any item purchased through our website, including but not limited to:

  • Body butters

  • Sugar scrubs

  • Body oils

  • Body mists

  • Foot care products

  • Skincare products

  • Any other personal care or cosmetic items sold by Pristine Blends

 

No Refunds in the Following Situations

Refunds will not be issued for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference regarding scent, texture, feel, or color

  • Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

  • Allergic reactions, sensitivities, or individual skin responses

  • Products that have been opened, used, or partially used

  • Failure to review the product description or ingredient list before purchase

Customers are responsible for reading all product details and ingredient information before placing an order.

 

Exception for Wrong, Damaged, or Defective Items

Although all sales are final, Pristine Blends will review requests for a replacement, store credit, or refund in the following situations only:

  • You received the wrong item

  • Your item arrived damaged

  • Your item arrived defective

If any of these situations apply, you must contact us within 1-3 days of delivery at support@pristineblends.com.

 

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item received

  • Clear photos of the packaging

 

Once reviewed, Pristine Blends may, at our sole discretion:

  • Send a replacement

  • Issue store credit

  • Issue a refund, if appropriate

 

Allergy and Skin Sensitivity Disclaimer

Pristine Blends is not responsible for allergic reactions, skin sensitivities, or adverse effects resulting from the use of our products.

 

We strongly recommend reviewing the ingredient list carefully and performing a patch test before full use.

 

Shipping Issues

Pristine Blends is not responsible for shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by the shipping carrier. We are also not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer at checkout.
